Our Team
Our team boasts over 100 years of combined experience in helping business owners and entrepreneurs realize and achieve their financial goals.
Damon Mintz is Founder and CEO of Shepherd Tax Solutions, which is part of the TMG Business Solution Group.
In addition to leading the parent company, the Mintz Group, as CEO of STS, Damon leads the vision, strategy and oversight to ensure the overall success of our PSOs.
Over the past 26 years, he has started, acquired, invested in or partnered with hundreds of successful businesses and, personally, resides in NE Ohio, married to his wife Kally and has six kids.
Nanak Saran is President of Shepherd Tax Solutions and is responsible for all operations, commissions, office and PSO management of the company and continually looks at innovative ways to lead and support our PSOs and their desired outcomes.
Nanak was born in Akron, Ohio and now lives in Ohio City, Cleveland, OH
Johnny Masters is the Director of Client Management for Shepherd Tax Solutions, which is part of the TMG Business Solutions Group. Johnny deliveries exceptional client satisfaction and supports our PSOs.
With his 5 years of Client Management experience, he specializes in client relationship building and creating long-term value for his clients. Johnny Masters is an Akron native who now calls North Canton, OH home, where he lives with his wife and their French Bulldog.
Judd Mintz is a Cleveland native who now resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife Vanessa.
Graduated with BA from University of Dayton. He spent 25 years in Los Angeles in the entertainment industry as well as building international sales organizations in multiple industries.
His focus is new client acquisition for Shepherd Tax Solutions as well as serving as President of Impact Records.
Fida is an energetic and dedicated professional with a proven track record of delivering effective and viable solutions across diverse industries.
A graduate of Cleveland State University, Fida holds a NABCEP PVIP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) license, certifying nearly 500 solar array installations in the Midwest and Southeast US. With over 15 years of experience in business development, project management, and renewable energy EPC, he has achieved success in both private and public sector projects.
